Two men have been jailed following a burglary to a community cafe in Adamsdown.

Staff at ‘My Sister’s House' on Clifton Street arrived at 8am on Saturday morning (May 31st) to find the front door damaged and items missing.

After quickly viewing CCTV footage, officers from the Roath Neighbourhood Policing Team were out searching for the suspects and within 30 minutes, Michael Condon from Butetown was arrested.

Accomplice Daniel Collins from Penylan was arrested the following day, again by the Roath Neighbourhood Policing Team.

Condon and Collins were sentenced to 22 and 16 weeks respectively.

Mae dau ddyn wedi cael eu carcharu yn dilyn lladrad mewn caffi cymunedol yn Adamsdown.

Cyrhaeddodd staff ‘My Sisters House’ ar Stryd Clifton am 8am fore Sadwrn (Mai 31ain) i ganfod bod y drws ffrynt wedi’i ddifrodi ac eitemau ar goll.

Ar ôl edrych yn gyflym ar luniau teledu cylch cyfyng, roedd swyddogion o Dîm Plismona Cymdogaeth y Rhath allan yn chwilio am y rhai a ddrwgdybir ac o fewn 30 munud, arestiwyd Michael Condon o Butetown.

Arestiwyd y cydymaith Daniel Collins o Benylan y diwrnod canlynol, eto gan Dîm Plismona Cymdogaeth y Rhath.

Dedfrydwyd Condon a Collins i 22 a 16 wythnos yn y drefn honno.
