Our annual trust and confidence survey |

Neighbourhood Policing has always been at the heart of what we do at South Wales Police. We’re committed to building strong relationships with our communities by being visible, getting out there, and having real conversations with people. It’s how we understand what matters most and hear directly about people’s experiences dealing with us and the service we provide.
Just as importantly, it gives people a chance to tell us how we’re doing – what’s working, what isn’t, and where they think we should be focusing our efforts locally.
We’d really like your help to shape and improve the policing service you receive in south Wales. What you think and how you feel about the service we provide is important to us, so please tell us you think.
Our survey will take around five minutes to complete.

All answers will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and will be combined with responses from other participants. We will not ask anyone to identify themselves, and no individual response will be identified through analysis. The results from this survey will be posted on the South Wales Police website later this year.
